These four exclusive residences were architecturally designed by prominent architecture firm Fender Katsalidis, with Nonda Katsalidis being the client. Spotted gum was applied consistently throughout the residences with complementing island benches and bookshelves. Wardrobes and laundries were finished in solid 2-pack. Custom built handles were also crafted at the client’s request.
